Thanks for stopping by! I'm Katie (she/her) and I'm a singer, songwriter, and teacher originally from Poughkeepsie, New York. I currently live outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I created A Soprano and Her Ukulele and formed my business, DeFiglio Music LLC. I've been singing and performing for over twenty-five years, and my love of singing and passion for the voice inspired me to earn my Doctorate in Voice Pedagogy at Shenandoah Conservatory.
I truly believe that singing and music have the ability to comfort and empower, and I'm dedicated to creating well-being through my singing, teaching, and music.
When I'm not making music, you will most likely find me outside in nature!
